First Things First

  • I’m a Nationally Certified Recovery Coach, Level 1 & Level 2

  • You are not alone. The first person I reached out to when I needed help was a friend in recovery. I empathize with your situation, I’ve been there, and I want to help

  • First session will be a free 30-minute consultation, preferably in person

  • If we’re a good fit, each session after will be 1 hour and can take place anywhere

  • Not everyone will need the same approach. Just because one avenue works for someone does not mean it will work for you. I’ll evaluate your current situation to determine the best course of action, moving toward a lasting recovery
